WHO WE ARE

The South Georgian Core Residents Association (SGCRA) has three principal objectives:

  1. To increase the sense of community and social interaction among residents in the area.
  2. To ensure the area is well represented when dealing with local, commercial and statutory bodies.
  3. To maintain and improve the conditions and amenities for residents in the South Georgian Core.
We welcome membership from any residents of the area and its immediate environs.

WHAT WE DO

Founded in 2017 we represent residents in Dublin's historic South Georgian Core. We run a programme of social and cultural events every year.  Our vision is for a large sustainable mixed-income residential community in Dublin's city core.

SGCRA has been active in organising social events, talks and information sessions and representing residents on planning, waste collection, street cleansing and other issues of local concern.

We have been liaising with Dublin City Council, the media and local politicians on behalf of residents and informing members about local events and developments through regular newsletters.
